Common questions
Account & password
Forgot your password? Open the Chartzard app and tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen. You'll get an email with a secure link to set a new one. Reset links are single-use and time-limited — if yours says it's invalid or expired, just request a fresh one from the app.
Want to delete your account? In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all of your progress data and cannot be undone.
Data & privacy
What we collect and why is explained in our Privacy Policy. For data access or deletion requests beyond in-app account deletion, email us at the address above and we'll take care of it.
Billing
Chartzard is completely free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid tiers, so there's nothing to be billed for. If you ever see a charge claiming to be from Chartzard, it isn't from us — please let us know.
